City of Waterloo Audit Release for FY2022
This report is published to provide the City Council and citizens detailed information concerning the financial condition of the City.
It has also been audited by an independent certified public accounting firm in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards and the federal single audit act requirements, including the provisions of Title 2 of the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance).
RSM US LLP issued an unmodified (“clean”) opinion on the financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2022. Citizens can view the report online or in person at City Hall.
