Christmas Tree Collection

The City of Waterloo’s Sanitation Department will once again be providing free curbside collection of real Christmas trees on the weeks of:

January 10^th through January 14^th, 2022 and
January 18^th through January 21^st, 2022

January 17^th is a Holiday and will be picked up on the 18^th.

Please have your real, undecorated tree to the curb by 6:00am on your normal garbage day during these 2 weeks for proper pickup.

Plain, real trees are the only ones accepted! They must be 6’ in length or shorter or they are required to be cut in half.

Trees that are flocked (covered in artificial snow), have lights, decorations, or garland on them will NOT be collected.
