The Waterloo Center for the Arts is a municipal non-profit institution dedicated to fostering community awareness and appreciation of the arts by acquiring, preserving, exhibiting, and interpreting significant works of art. The Waterloo Center for the Arts operates under the auspices of the Waterloo Cultural and Arts Commission, the Center and its programs reflect the City's commitment to and support of arts and culture.
